USAGE AND DIRECTION

 

Just use 1 sachet everyday preferably morning.

Mix it with 1 cup of hot or cold water 30 minutes before your meal.

Stir well, you can also add ice on it.

For best results, ensure adequate intake of at least 1.5 to 2L of water daily.
